How do misting systems work?
The misting system is mainly composed of water supply system, atomization system, high pressure pump and power system. The main components are all copper motor, high pressure PA pipe, tee, nozzle, through and other components, the box comes with water tank can be directly connected to tap water. Water is transported and sprayed by pressurized equipment, or timed spraying can be set. According to the different nozzle and the size of the pressure, it can be controlled as rain or mist, to achieve dust and humidification, so as to reduce the dust pollution and excessive drying of the construction site.
The water pipes of the misting system are usually placed at least 3 meters or more above the ground, with water pipes spaced about 4 meters apart per trip and spray heads spaced 2 meters apart for optimal efficiency. Dual sprinkler heads can be used to increase the spray effect when the dust pollution is serious and the agricultural greenhouses are humidified.
The control mode of the misting system host includes manual, remote control and timing mode, which is convenient for management.
